Process
An application for a mark registration is submitted in UKRPATENT, examinations are conducted on it, and, as a result, UKRPATENT sends a decision on registration (or preliminary refusal) of the mark. If the decision is positive, the state fee is paid for issuing the certificate and the fee for publication, after which the applicant receives a certificate for the mark.
Needs to be provided from an applicant
The applicant has to provide the following information:
– image of the sign (literal, graphic, volumetric)
– list of goods and services for which a sign will be registered
